Pilates in Norfolk

Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. It improves posture, strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination and is extremely effective in aiding recovery from injury and particularly beneficial for reducing back pain.

I am a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, Europe’s foremost professional Pilates organisation, recognised by Skills Active and the Register of Exercise Professionals. I teach mat classes in Kelling, just outside Holt, and 1:1 and 2:1 classes in my home studio situated between Brisley and Great Ryburgh.
